Barrington Pools designed, built and services our pool (a 2+ hour drive from Chicago). We have found them to be reliable, trustworthy and competent - they do what they say when they say they will do it. And we have stuck with them as servicers of our pool despite the long drive and increased resultant cost because of their skill and competence. When something goes wrong with the pool they are generally able to fix it the same week. We have found dealing with both Isabela in customer service and the on-site teams to be great. Could not recommend Barrington more highly!

We used Barrington Pools to install a new automatic pool cover as well as a new Pebble Tec surface finish. Everyone that was working on this job was top notch and knew exactly what they were doing They were always available for any questions we had during and after the work was completed. One of the owners, Mike even came out after the job to make sure everything was done perfect. Great people to work with. I highly recommend

Do not waste your time here, after the pool installation this company accepts zero responsibility and your warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. On open up they will need 3 visits for all the things they forget to do. I think they are living off a reputation that died long ago. They will use scare tactics of bad pool installations to get you to pay them 30 percent more than any other pool contractor. The quality isn’t any better they can’t even level the ground. Took their technicians 3 visits to open my pool. After they opened it and added chemicals my pool heater which is under war…

Barrington Pools has been very reliable, professional, and responsive. As a first time pool owner at a new house, they had helpful staff educate me on everything involved. We had our pool, mechanicals, and deck all updated. The team took care in evaluating every detail down to the water drainage. Everyone at every level works hard and gives me confidence that my pool is well taken care of. I recommend the twice per week service. It has worked well for us. They are also very good at planning the openings and closings well in advance. We are very happy.

In 2004, we hired Barrington Pools to create a pool in our woodland setting. They did and the finished product met and exceeded our expectations: with waterfalls, grottos and a spa feature it is truly paradise!
