Jose has been amazing from the start to finish! He had answered all my questions and went over everything from the beginning. I researched a lot for the best pool building company in Las Vegas that are reliable have good reviews and reasonable price. There was no hiccups in our process and everything went smoothly. If you are thinking about building a pool I highly recommend Sylvan and Anthony. I’m sooo happy with my investment. I swim in my pool almost daily. It brings so much happiness to our family and friends to come for many years ahead.

Bowen Swift was fantastic to work with! He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient while answering all of our questions. He took the time to explain what our pool needs and helped us develop a clear plan to get everything on track for the summer season. What stood out most was his willingness to educate us throughout the process rather than simply providing a service. From working through the design with Bachir to the day to day work being completed, things were easy and fast. Jose was so patient and always made time to understand our questions. We had a very disappointing experience with this pool company. Our pool is only 22 months old, yet the plaster is already deteriorating and coming off throughout the surface. When we reached out, they performed a single pH test and quickly concluded that low pH caused the damage, then used that as the basis to void the warranty. For a $65,000 pool that’s less than two years old, this felt like an unreasonable and overly simplistic explanation for such widespread issues. Bowen Swift Warranty Tech had came out immediately when I had questions about my new pool and was extremely helpful. He has gone out of his way to make sure I have a peace of mind that my pool is running the way it should and even brought his own tests and a winterized cap for my salt cell. I am so happy with the service and appreciate everything he has done for me. Thank you so much. Loving my pool!

Michael helped design our pool and made a few changes that we weren’t sure about, but it definitely was the right choice!!! Jose our project manager was awesome. He always answered calls and text promptly and handled all our concerns. The office staff worked really hard to make it all happen so we could have our 4th of July party. These guys are a 5star company and if Jose is on the job be prepared for absolutely the best communication and professional relationship and support!! We were told by so many companies that we couldn’t have a pool but now we have an amazing swim-spa
