Our experience was top-notch from the very beginning. Clay listened to us describe our vision and immediately got to work. The three-dimensional presentation gave us the confidence to move forward. Our pool was exactly what we desired and consistent with what Clay described. The construction process went smoothly. The schedule was as promised. We definitely recommend Pools R Us to anybody wanting to turn their backyard into a resort.

From a dirt lot to an outdoor paradise, Pools R Us/Outdoor Visual Werks delivered above and beyond. From the initial rendering to the final build out, our experience with Greg, Clay, and Luis at Pools “R” Us/Outdoor Visual Werks could not have been better, and our outdoor Oasis is the envy of the neighborhood. From the week pool was completed, our backyard has been filled with family and friends, enjoying swimming, barbecues, A cold pint from the kegerator and relaxing in paradise. I was really excited to work with Pools R Us based on how responsive they were initially. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day (Tuesday, 6/16). Ben came out, discussed the pool we wanted, took measurements, and told us we should have our first rendering within 3–4 days. When I texted with questions about paver options, I received a quick response. However, once it came to the actual pool design, communication completely fell apart. This review is long overdue. Had Pools R US build us our amazing pool this past Spring/Summer and it turned out great! We really enjoyed working with Ben, the sales rep, also Luis & his entire crew. We made an appt with Ben and Blaze and couldn't be happier. We've been thinking of getting a pool for our small back yard and Ben was knowledgeable, kind, and very honest. Blaze was also the same. When the appt came, the plans turned out better than what we had planned. We're very happy so far with both and the process.
