Trevor Pagan was our project manager and did an outstanding job on coordinating every effort, including all of the work that we had contracted through Nature's Apprentice, the landscape and design company recommended by Anthony & Sylvan. We are thrilled with our new pool completed by Anthony & Sylvan. Our team, led by Project Manager Trevor Pagan was awesome. No project of this magnitude goes without a few bumps and we certainly had ours, but Trevor went above and beyond to help us navigate through and made sure we were satisfied with the end project. He is extremely knowledgeable and took extra time to explain details of operating the pool for this new pool owner, making us very comfortable from the day we turned it on. I would recommend A&S pools, and especially Trevor Pagan, for your new pool.

Trevor Pagan and his team did a great job designing and building our pool/spa from the ground up. Trevor and his team were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgable. We are so happy with our pool and would highly recommend his company to build a pool.

Don, Trevor and the team did a fantastic job building our pool! It was a fairly complex project with a few plumbing and structural considerations to achieve the look we wanted for our waterfalls and boulder work. Their work has really stood the test of time. Our family has enjoyed the pool for years and it looks better than ever.

I paid $28,000 and waited a year and a half for them to fix the plaster of my pool. The tiles had to be re-done three times over because they weren’t done properly the first two times. The plaster in the pool is uneven. The colors are not right either. They do not care about their work. Do not hire them to do your pool

We Got our pool installed 3 years ago, for the 3rd time in a row when we opened it tiles were floating in the pool. Each time trying to reach out to someone is harder then the next very unprofessional company not happy at all .They basically told us we are on our own and they can not be any help to us after they wrongly installed the tiles causing them to fall off every year. Finally got a phone call back from Anthony & Sylvan pools they told me that they will send me a bill to replace all the tiles and that they expect more tiles to come off every year which i will have to pay for. Beware of Anthony & Sylvan Pool Company!! I am extremely disappointed with the service from Anthony & Sylvan Pool Company. After spending a significant amount of money to have a pool installed, I have encountered numerous issues that remain unresolved. Firstly, the plaster in my pool is severely discolored, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response. It seems that once they receive full payment, their customer service becomes non-existent.
