My pool was completely out of balance and I had a sand filter that was missing pieces (bought of eBay years ago). Everytime I went in they only sold me what I absolutely needed. Nothing extra, no BS. Within 2 stops and my pool is crystal clear. These guys are the best do not go anywhere else. Top products and the best customer service.

This business is great. I have talked to several people at this company and they are always helpful and if they can't help with pool issue they recommend excellant companies to help. I have them open, close, and clean pool for me. They clean and maintain filter system.

Our pool has never looked better! It took one visit in one afternoon for the service folks to work wonders with our pool. They have been super knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciate such quality service for something that we honestly know nothing about! Added later: recently Steve and the folks at Aqua Masters replaced our pool pump with a smart pool pump that is easy to use, and salt cell. They could not have been easier to work with. We were pleased with the quality of work, and customer service.

First time owning a pool and gave them a call to close for the year. Chris and Eric who came to close the pool were very professional, kind, and informative. So happy with how it went and appreciate the insight they both offered me being so new.

Knowledge, knowledge knowledge! The folks here (Rob) and others whom I spoke with regarding my issues was great. He knew the part number I was referencing in his head. He offered options for my fix, which gave me confidence in the repair. It went awesome! After that experience, I called them back with some minor questions which I have had, answering them all. After my experience with Hayward products tech support, which was absolutely awful, Aqua Masters Ct, will be my go to answer shop and parts supplier from now on. Matt C.

Aqua Masters is the best around. I’ve run a commercial pool for the last 17 years and shopped around on pool stores. Been with them the last 15 years. They’re extremely knowledgeable and the only spot I’d go if I had an issue with my pool.
