Excellent service! We needed an emergency repair. A crew member was out within an hour and within six hours the entire problem was resolved at a very fair price. Our former pool company would have had us shut down for weeks. I am very thankful we switched to Aqua Pools.

Edit: 12/16/25 The owner of Aqua Pools claims that I am a competitor and my review is violating the Google Review Policies. We were definitely customers of theirs. Actually, we, as the homeowners, didn’t hire them but they were hired by the Real Estate Agent who sold us the home. The job was to be done through an Escrow account. Aqua Pools was supposed to do the job in the Summer months. We moved into the home on June 1st, 2015 and they were supposed to do the job that week. They didn’t show up until July. Kept on saying they would show up and didn’t with multiple excuses. When they finally arrived to do the work, there were still gaps in time with no shows and with no communication. When the job was declared done, I had to hire someone else to correct their mistakes and finish what they didn’t. I eventually had to prohibit them from returning to my property because they felt so ineffective and their work was so poor. The only reliable communication was their request to be paid. My suggestion; find another company.

This pool company is completely unprofessional. They drove through our front yard instead of using either of our TWO driveways which were available. Additionally, they left some kind of powder everywhere next to the pool. We have a puppy and who knows what kind of chemical it is that she now has access to. This service was roughly $600 and when we told them how unhappy we were with the service they did not respond. Take your business elsewhere. We will not be hiring them again.

Absolutely LOVE this company! They transformed my backyard into a total paradise. The crew was friendly, super detail-oriented, and made the whole process easy and fun. Everything was done on time, and the quality is nex -level our pool seriously gets compliments from everyone who sees it. Couldn’t be happier!
