Charged me $350 to replace a bulb in my pool. The light went out in less than 3 weeks. They said they didn't have time to come this season to replace it and that they'd reimburse me. Took 2 weeks and they only reimbursed the cost of the light. $50! What kind of company does this? I feel financially abused! $300 for 1/2 hour job that last 3 weeks!? Furious 😠

Dan was very kind and patient with us while we bombarded him with numerous pool maintenance questions. Not only did he tell us WHAT to do , he showed us HOW to do it!! I do not know of any other pool company out there that would do that! The Customer Service was AMAZING , which is unheard of these days! We would highly recommend this pool company.

Excellent service! We are first time in ground pool owners. They checked all of the parts, heater, etc. Listened to each question & answered them with lots of patience and professionalism. The price was hundreds lower than anyone else in an apples to apples comparison. Added all of the chemicals we needed to get started and didn't try to upsell anything.

I have used Four Seasons Swimming Pool Company for the past 4 years now and I could not be more pleased with their service. They have proven to be extremely reliable and do great work. They have excellent communication with their customers and go out of their way to service your pool. I have called them many times to ask questions or when I thought that there was a problem with my pool. Each and every time they have answered the call whether it be after hours or over the weekend. Dan was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He called the day before to let me know when he was going to arrive then called back and let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He determined the problem with my Pentair Pool Heater right away and gave me options. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, informative, and saved money since they suggested if the pump was still losing water to take off the filter top and spray it out and oh man it was DISCUSTING IN THERE. OOPS. I even called Dan after hours when I saw the pump was losing water/ flow was going down and he was very helpful even telling me how much filter powder to put in going forward. If he would have done it would have probably cost more money since it took me about 30-45 mins to take off the bolts and spray it myself.
