Reached out to Aqua Pro because our Hot Springs hot tub had a slow leak. I wasn’t even sure if they did repairs, but they in fact do. They got me on their schedule pretty quickly. There was excellent communication in preparation of the appointment and two technicians showed up who were very polite and professional. We have an enclosed porch built around our hot tub, and it’s tricky to access underneath, so I was prepared for this to be a challenging fix. But these guys made it look easy! Alex and the team are extremely responsive. I have conducted business with them before, this time was a little different. I needed a hot tub moved that wasn't purchased from them. This didnt matter to them at all. They got me on the schedule and moved the tub within 2 business days. The gentlemen that moved it were prompt amd professional! I will always do business with Aqua Pro and Alex!

Alex and his very professional team did a marvelous job of removing our old spa and installing our new one as scheduled. He followed up with a complete step by step tutorial at our home about caring for the spa for our ultimate comfort. We highly recommend their services!!

Great service and wonderful products. We got our hot tub a year ago. We still get in it about every day and are extremely happy with it. Any times we have questions just call and ask and they give us the help we need.

Save your money first off the installed a pool liner and now it's slipping so we called them and they said well you need a liner lock installed and it's because the old liner stretched it out so you need to purchase it so we said ok well they came out to do the job and they were late. We recently had a pool installed by Aqua pro. Everything went well and we are really enjoying the pool. We felt that the installation crew did a great job and were very easy to work with. Even with some weather difficulties they were able to keep moving along. Our only comment to prospective pool buyers would be to check what the finished swim area will be if you want the pool to end at a specific size. We purchased a 14' wide pool kind of expecting it to be 14' wide when finished but it was 12 1/2' wide when finished. We didn't realize that the pool was measured from the outside of the fiberg…
