Fantastic customer care! It been nearly 15 years since Aquatech put in our pool. Wasn’t easy as our lot slopes a fair amount, but it turned out great. Our family and friends spend a lot of time in the pool during the warm months of the year. It was time to replace the liner and we relied on Aquatech once again and they didn’t disappoint. I just wanted to pass on an experience I just had. I bought a replacement liner from Aqua Tech that was installed in 2021. In mid-June of this year. I had a deer jump in my pool (in the shallow end) and immediately noticed that I was losing about 1" of water a day. Unfortunately, I received a recommendation to call Freelance Commercial Diving (from another source) to help with my problem. After two visits Freelance could not find an issue with the liner and blamed the leak on the light (in the deep end). I showed up before 4pm (closing time) and the doors were locked. Which is fine, if that’s your closing time, but post that, which communicates customer service is not a priority.
