We are Very pleased with our in-ground pool installation!!!! The team of guys worked so hard non stop!!! We are so impressed with how hard they worked to get the job done! They’re very nice and respectful! We would definitely recommend this company! Very professional team! Husband said if we could give 7 stars we would!!!

Shaun, Renton, and Ryan from Cincinnati Pool Professionals cleaned and opened our new pool which we purchased and had installed from this Company. This included conducting “pool school”, showing us how to work all the new pool equipment. They were courteous, friendly, and professional! They answered all of our questions in a clear and understandable way, and insured that we were ready to operate everything on our own before they left. Cincinnati Pool Professionals were great to work with on our Thursday Aspen pool! From my early project pricing work with Andy, to the preparation and install from Joe and his crew, I always felt like our satisfaction was the main priority. Even after having a minor issue arise post-install, Joe stood by the work and made sure my family and I were taken care of and happy with the finished product. Truly grateful for the support and communication which can be hard to find these days. I want to say that Cinti Pool Professionals is a great company to work with. We had a big problem with the landscaper and concrete contractor and Bill, Shaun, Renton, Truman and others stepped in when the landscaper just backed out. They spent many days of their own time fixing what they really didn't have to. In a world of contractors that don't stand behind their work, Cinti Pool Professionals is a great partner in getting you up and running.

We got the fiberglass Aspen 12x25 with Cincinnati Pool Professionals and it has turned out very well. Like all projects, there were a few bumps in the road, but Bill and his crew did an incredible job navigating the project to make Adam’s great design idea come to life. We had some soil issues with live springs underground and the team was able to build a trench for irrigation thanks to Bill’s professional experience.
