I used this company to do my pool close out last year. They came the day they said they would and were quick to get the job done. I had the close out done in early/mid October and in the summer the pool hardly had any algi and only took a few days to get clean and clear and the levels balanced. This summer our pool pump went out and luckily we had it covered on our home warranty. This same company ended up being the one to pickup the job. Aqua Fun installed our 14x28 in-ground pool with an automatic cover roughly 6 years ago. It was a nightmare from the start, they installed the wrong liner for the step option that we chose which required a total draining of the pool and a liner replacement, they installed the wrong steps for the automatic cover that we chose that required the concrete decking to be jack hammered up and another draining of the pool leaving behind mismatched concrete decking, they didn't use stainless steel screws which bled rust within months down the side of the intake covers, they incorrectly installed the a…

If you schedule a pool cleaning, make sure you have nothing else planned that day. They were on their way for 4 hours! Then hit up the yard sale across the street before coming. Have no respect for other people’s time. Will never use them for pool service again. They definitely earned their google stars.

Leaking spa. They diagnosed that one rubber gasket was needed, but didn't have this basic item in their van. "We have to order it." Well, they showed up several days later, saying they found some at the shop. 10 minutes later the job was done, and they left. They were two very nice techs, but I feel burned that I had to pay for 2 full service calls. $200 for one gasket. Am soured; will not use them again.

My automatic pool cover jumped off the track and left half of the pool covered. I bought the pool from Aquafun so I called them to come out and repair it. I was told that they were installing 3 pools now and they would not be able to help me for 22 days. So I would not be able to use my pool for almost the whole month of July. So if you buy a pool from Aquafun and you have service problem don't call Aquafun because they don't care about helping you with repair service all that they care about is selling new pools.

Aquafun installed our 18x36 pool, heater and filtering system. They were amazing from start to finish. As a Realtor, I recommend them to my clients frequently!

Always friendly and helpful! I've been going here for many years and have never had a negative experience. Prices seem better than most other pool stores and they encourage you to return the item if you are not happy with it.
