Aaron and Rich did a fantastic job on our pool install. We ordered the largest available size and went with the salt water option. We absolutely love our pool and they were great about walking us through the process and set reasonable expectations and delivered the finished product on time and on budget. While the liner manufacturers made a mistake Aaron and Rich kept us in the loop and made sure we were taken care of. We also use them for the maintenance and their service is a good value. Don’t hesitate to pull the trigger with Paradise. You won’t regret it.

Rich and Aaron brought a pool that had been sitting vacant for years back to life! They checked it all out and with only a new liner we were back in business. They could have easily told me that sitting for this long that we’d need new plumbing and at the least a new pump. They didn’t! Rich said all we needed was a new liner and he was right. They installed the new liner and after hooking up all the old equipment we had a running pool. The liner wasn’t a typical size but he was able to custom order a liner and it was perfect. We had interviewed a lot of pool companies before we decided to go with Paradise Pools. Aaron was very personable and very knowledgeable and we felt zero pressure from him. Watching the pool process I didn’t realize how physically exhausting it was and those 2 men worked very hard to make everything perfect. Anytime we ever have a question or a concern, they get back to us very quickly and will do whatever they can to fix it. They stand by their product and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Aaron and Rich were wonderful to work with. They were extremely patient with all my questions and changes and they built us an absolutely beautiful pool that our family has thoroughly enjoyed. It’s been several years and they still reply quickly when I have questions. We highly recommend Paradise Pools!!

Awful customer service. Don came out looked at my brand new pool and committed to start cleaning it bi weekly. Committed to cleaning the pool 2 days before the 4th of July, I called to follow up since he didn’t show up as promised on Thursday and only after multiple texts messages to see what was going on he finally responded to tell me that he’s too full to take on new clients. The professional thing would be to tell someone this before you commit to the service. I’ve heard from other people that their customer service is awful but I still chose to give them a chance.
