Not even 1 star worthy. Good luck trying to get a pool liner installed! I had to get my down payment refunded and it was then that I found out that they probably wouldn't get to me till late June. (The estimate was given to me early March) Earlier communication on that would have given me the chance to look somewhere else and very possibly have it installed by now.

Our service technician Larry and his helper Chris came out to replace our sand filter and salt water system on our pool. They were here when they said they would be and stayed until the job was done. They cleaned up great and were friendly and easy to deal with.

Service technicians Larry and Bobby opened our pool today and did a great job of doing the required work, cleaning up and a great job of customer satisfaction. Fast and courteous and a job well done! Thank you.

Not impressed with their opening was charged too much money for the service I received. Company claimed to have vacuumed my pool during opening but did not appear to have done so. When asked about this they claimed they had done so and the pool was very dirty and that another service could be done for additional fees. They then later charged additional fees for “added chemicals” which is fair if I felt that the chemicals were actually added but pool did not show any signs of that being the case. Had to add my own chemicals at my own cost to get it to swimming condition. I have posted photos of…

Started out with Virginia pools with a new liner and switched to Salt pool system at the same time… Took in our water samples on a regular basis, followed every direction and our liner faded extremely bad.. The rep came out several times they kept telling us it was the chemicals, but we had proof it was not. Then they told us they would replace our liner because it was defective . Nothing ever happened. We called several times and nobody called back on our scheduled time to have our lineup replaced. Then they were bought out by Aquarius pools. Which assumed all responsibility for Virginia poo…
