Ethan and his team are prompt and professional. We were referred to Aquatic Waves, and both times we have used their services, we have been extremely pleased. We contacted this company for a pool liner replacement, as they were referred by Bob’s Pool Service. We were promptly provided with a quote and work began and ended as scheduled. We were completely satisfied with the workmanship, product, and service.

My pool had a chlorine block and was a terrible green. I spent several hundred dollars plus my neighbor tried to help get it back straight. I gave up after many trips to the pool store and changing out water so many times. It took the men a while to get it straight but they did. It is sparkling now. Another big plus to me…they never left my gate open. They always shut it so my dog wouldn’t get out.

After years of (trying to) taking care of our own pool we finally decided to relax and let someone do it for us so we can just enjoy it. Within days they had the pool clear and ready for us to dive in. They have been very prompt and responsible. We thought our pool steps were ruined by the house painters who washed their brushes in our pool but they managed to get the stains out! Highly recommend.
