Jason and his staff built the pool of our dreams! It’s beautiful! He’s so helpful with what style of pool for you needs. They are so easy to work with. Great people! They do what they say their going to do! You will get the best when you use pool works!!

Pool Works Construction will build you a great pool with a great big price tag, but do NOT count on them to take care of any issues arising down the road. Our pool was built a little over 2 years ago. Salt cell has been malfunctioning. We promptly (as per our contract) notified Jason (owner) almost 3 weeks ago of the issue. The salt cell should be under warranty (we confirmed this with the manufacturer, Hayward). After MULTIPLE calls and texts, we have yet to see anyone from Pool Works. Jason continues to give us the run around, even after knowing the salt cell caught fire.

Jason and his team went above and beyond to build the pool of my dreams! They were very attentive to our needs! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool!

We used Pool Works for pool/hot tub construction - specifically for their experience and expertise with installation in difficult terrain. The outcome was everything I had hoped for. There have been a few issues post installation that come with owning a pool, but Jason and his team have resolved. Urgent issues were assessed promptly while others were addressed when their schedule allowed. His team did a great job with the pool design and I am pleased with the overall quality of construction and installation.

We were very happy with the quality and design of the pool that Pool Works Construction built. The finished product looks great, and we were excited with the outcome. Unfortunately, our experience after construction has been extremely disappointing. Once the project was completed, getting any maintenance or warranty/service issues addressed became nearly impossible. The owner repeatedly assured us that problems would be fixed, but those promises were never followed through. We were given timelines and updates that turned out to be inaccurate, and despite multiple phone calls and text messages…
