Joe and his staff are amazing. I don’t know how someone could absolutely leave a bad review on this company. It looks like two unhappy people which is absolutely ridiculous. They have been taking care of my pool for over five years and I’m extremely happy I’m from Clifton Park and any kind of issue Joe and the staff is there in fact I happen to be a little lazy when they come to close the pool and I don’t move the furniture. The service technician who did our close this year, Sean, was very professional and knowledgable answering any of the questions that we had while doing a great job with our pool. The office made it very easy for us to set an appointment and were flexible with our availability and we appreciated that very much! 5/5 job done would recommend to any and everyone!

Will never use these people and I don’t recommend at all. They have poor communication and just show up to your house with no notice, then turn around and make everything your fault. They also charged me for a broken pipe they put on my pool and refused to work with me to replace it so I took care of it myself. It’s a shame how they treated me. The owner Joe ended up yelling at me and hang up on me. He did offer to close my pool at a discount but I would be insane to let them back on my property after the garbage job they did on my pool and charged me all that money.

Man, do I have pool problems. And Joe of Aquatica Pool & Patio has been NOTHING but helpful. While working through my issues, Joe has given me numerous suggestions and things to think about. I cannot appreciate enough the generosity he has displayed with his time. It is like he is on stand by anytime I need answers. We all know, time is one thing that cannot be gained. So for him to treat me the way he has, speaks volumes. Joe, you da man. 10 ⭐ rating if I could. THANKS!

No return calls. After multiple attempts. Price to high. Closing not done correctly!
