They were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I had an issue with my spa being drained, and they were kind enough to help me get it fixed so quickly. They gave great advice, were very responsive, and truly went above and beyond. I’m very thankful for their help and would definitely recommend them.

I cannot express how GRATEFUL I am for the SUPERIOR service I received from Craig. I am a novice when it comes to pools and Craig was patient with me. He was kind, professional and helpful. Even though my problem was with my auto fill he took the time to look at my pool drain when I told him I thought my pool was leaking. He reassured me it was not the pool after he helped me locate the shut off valve to my sprinklers and noticed my sprinkler valves was slightly leaking. Arrowhead Pool Service is the best. After struggling trying to keep my chemicals balanced for years, I hired them and never had to worry about it again. The person that works on our pool, Greg, is friendly, professional and great with dogs. The owner Craig can fix anything. He has also talked me through several repairs. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We have used Arrowhead Pool Service for years. I would highly recommend them. Shiloh services our pool weekly, he very consistent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Craig can fix anything and very nice as well. Tracy just assisted me with online billing, she was kind and very helpful. Great family owned company!

We have had Arrowhead Pool Service since 2000! They serviced our poolat our RV park until we sold it and then serviced our pool at our home! I Love my cute “Pool Boy,” Greg and so does my puppy Ginger. Greg always brings her a treat! We highly recommend this business!

The pool guy is rude and I wouldn’t use them to clean my pool.
