Just bought my first home and had no idea what I was doing with the pool. I went with PoolGen X and honestly, it's been a great experience. The office staff was really helpful during the quote process and answered all my questions without making me feel clueless. The pool guys who come out are friendly and seem to know what they're doing: I feel like I'm in good hands, which is exactly what I needed as a first-time pool owner. They mentioned they have some kind of referral deal too if that matters to anyone.

I don't understand ,it's your job ,don't you know homes babe cameras now days, no vaccum assuming because my vaccum is attached and they assume it does not need it no spa vaccum ,no empty of the pump basket at this point I might just keep doing it my self. The issue is these pool.company owners are delegating to young employees and they want to get in get out I don't understand it ... Daniel is amazing and always takes great care of my pool!!!! I always get an email when he serviced my pool letting me know exactly what he's done and a great report that shows the details. The company is definitely client service focused, and really great to work with.

I started my service with PoolGenX over a year ago. Things started out great with my first servicer, but then. As always, they lore you in with their "A" guy and then the next thing you know, you're on the "G league" route. Then the service drops and the service guy goes from friendly and courteous to internet searches for a new company. Overall, decent company, fairly priced but at least you know what to expect.
