The team at Artistic Pools is hands on, genuinely concerned and engaged at getting your issues resolved. Every time I've had them come out the owner, Rick, was either out with the crew, stopped by or personally called me to see how it went and the progress of the job. We had a water main break that put several inches of dirt in our inground pool. I never thought the dirt would all come out or we would ever be able to use the pool again. Thanks to Artistic Pools our pool is clean & the water is crystal clear.

After we started our pool and balanced all chemicals and were ready to turn the heater on to warm it up for Memorial Day, the heater wouldn’t work. Called everywhere to get somebody here before Memorial Day and other companies were booked weeks in advance and didn’t seem to care. We called Artistic Pools and they made it her in a day and fixed the problem. So professional and such nice people to work with. We couldn’t be happier!!!!

We had our inground liner replaced in April 2023. Rick was great with the ordering of the liner with us selecting the pattern and scheduling of the install that met our needs. Chris and his crew were very personable and professional during the installation. Then the in store staff when we had our water tested and were very friendly and helpful fulfilling our chemical needs and guiding us in the process of adding the chemicals to the pool. Artistic Pools is a great place that not only has what you need, but cares about you and your needs and does not oversell their product.

Unbelievably impressed at the level of customer service from Rick and his staff at Artistic Pools. Their knowledge and professionalism is second to none and they’ve earned a new lifelong customer.

I bought a house with a pool this year. I really had no experience with maintenance. Heard about Rick and Artistic pools from a neighbor. He and his staff were amazing. He took the time in late April when we opened our pool to explain to me what I need to do each day, week and month. He made the maintenance easy. We had a leak in our pump mid-summer. They fixed everything. And then they closed our pool last week (end of September). The staff were professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very impressed.

Not a good place to buy chemicals.
