Horrible! The owner Tim rarely answer his phone, seldomly returns calls or replies to texts (poor customer service). Coupled with my pool turning green/infested with algae and remaining that way for almost 3 weeks; technicians lie in the reports they emailed after each cleaning about chemistry reading & the amount of chemicals they have added, how do I know? I took a pool sample to a locate pool supply company and got it tested after the last service because I knew something was not adding up when the tech reported that he added 10 lbs of Cal Hypo and the pool was still green after 24 hours. …

We used ASP last year with no problem. This year has been a train wreck. They straight up ghosted us for 3 weeks straight... we called and left messages probably about 8 times, each time being told a manager would get back to us right away. We never received a call back. Yesterday, they randomly show up out of the blue to clean the pool. We called to say we clearly no longer need their services and were told someone would call us back to cancel. Had to call back again today to try and cancel because we never got a call back. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone.

We had to replace our liner early this year, called tim from ASP to come look. After installing the new vinyl liner he we were losing about 4-5 inches of water a day and couldn't get anyone from ASP to return our calls or come look at it. Come to find out the cutout of the jets was not correct and after hounding tims cell for a month he came and put a bandaid over it which i let it go because i was so tired of stesssing and asking for help. But now my vinyl liner at the main drain is starting to stretch out and you can move it with your feet underwater. Im waiting on another pool company to ci…

This is a franchise company of ASP run by Tim. I had this company come out and fix my light on my pool. My heater that wasn't running properly. And a contracted technician performed those things. As well as making sure that the drain for my sand pump went into my sewer system. For the last three weeks the technician came out and just back washed without the knowledge that it needed to be put into the sewer system. Well existing foundation repairs had already been performed before the purchase of my home which is why I made sure that the back wash went into the sewer system. The technician show…

I would give this company zero stars if it were possible. They started the pool service work but left it completely unfinished. I have tried calling the local folks multiple times to get this resolved, but I never received a single response. I even escalated the issue and contacted their corporate office, but I have heard absolutely nothing back. I received nonexistent customer service and complete lack of accountability. Serviced pools shouldn't be green. Upside is the ducks love it and Shrek wants to rent my pool :(

Communication or lack thereof. Unfinished work. It is with utter sadness that I write this review. As a business that hates to issue poor reviews to other business owners I find this one to be important to warn future businesses that may inquire. Upon our first meeting we were very optimistic with the services that were on the horizon. Owner Tim has a wealth of knowledge about water features, pools, and any equipment associated with such. Bad customer service. Weekly maintenance and our pool kept getting more and more cloudy and green. called and called with no answer after large amounts of algae was settled on the bottom and pool was completely green! $355 a month for a green pool!
