They are amazing! I have been using them for years for opening and closing my pool! I save tons of money with their monthly chemical service!!! Nate is an exceptional worker and will go above and beyond. Very knowledgeable about pools! The office is amazing as well. I would absolutely never use another company. Thank you Metro Pool!

As a someone who has never owned a pool and recently bought a home with one, Metro Pool Service has been a life saver! I knew something was off but couldn’t figure out what. So I reached out to Metro. They responded quickly to my request and were friendly and professional. Nate fit me into his schedule several days ahead of the expected timeframe, quickly diagnosed the issue, patiently answered all of my questions, and walked me through how to properly handle typical maintenance. I know who I will be calling in the future! Highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews but Metro Pool Service really deserves this. Of all the service companies we have had over the years there is not one that can hold a candle to this company. My husband and I are in our early eighties and we are more dependent on service. Our pool this year needed a real update. The plumbing basically was shot. I called after they opened the pool and explained all I could. Instead of telling me I would be on a wait list they came out almost immediately and addressed every issue. I love Metro Pool Service! Customer service is top notch! Someone (Rae) always answers the phone or calls back within the hour of leaving messages. Nathan is great at repair work and problem solving! He takes great pride in his work! Communication is done well at Metro!

Nate came out and addressed my electrical switch issue quickly. Was initially told they would come out Friday but called and came out a day earlier on Thursday which was fantastic! I had some general questions about my pool system and Nate took the time to answer all of them, very impressed with his work and friendly professionalism! Will definitely recommend to anyone with a pool!

Open pool, extremely satisfied. Checked all equipment, started up and vacuumed pool, brushed pool, checked and added chemicals.
