I have never dealt with a more unprofessional team in my experience. If you need a pool service that argues how clean a pool is and ask that you install their overpriced equipment (as compared to Leslie's pool supply, ugh) then they are right up your alley. Be forewarned that even if you accidentally get good service, that technician will not be working on your pool in the coming months, as the high turnover of technicians show what a pleasure it must be to work for them. Have used Atlas Pool Care for years. Brad’s tile guys always do an excellent job and clean up after themselves. They provide excellent start up using the latest technology. Brad has even walked me through some trouble shooting over the phone at no charge. Great local business

Hired Atlas for weekly service and have been a customer for about a year. Met Brad the owner and he was a nice guy. The pool tech did a good job for several months, no complaints. My pump made a weird noise one day and they recommended I replace it for roughly $1600. The pump was only a few years old so I called the manufacturer and they sent someone out for free to fix it. I called Atlas and was not happy that they were going to charge me for something when they could of advised me to contact the manufacturer first...that’s just good customer service. We have used Atlas for years and Brad and his crew have always been responsive, professional and value pricing. Services we have used include acid wash, unclogging pipes, tile cleaning, pump replacement and light replacement. Quality work and highly recommended!

We started pool service this June 2020. Our pool was in great need of repair. The owner of Atlas pool Care came by and assured me when he was done with the repairs we would have a worry free pool. All I can say is my whole family now wants to swim everyday! We couldn't be happier!

Amazing transparency! I get emails of before and after every time pool is cleaned and filters done. I get the chemical readings and what was added. I love the accountability!
