When I first used Bakersfield Pool Plastering it was just a random search. The owner came out and gave us some great ideas and suggestions as to what would be nicest for our pool. They did a tremendous job. We've since sold that house and purchased another one in another area. We decided to re-do the pool at our new home. I called a couple of other companies for estimates. Bakersfield Pool Plastering came out and resurfaced our pool from a 20 year old Pebble Tech to a beautiful Quartz finish. The workers showed up on time and were very respectful and professional. When the pool was complete everything was cleaned up. I'm more than happy with the results. From the workers to the front office Bakersfield Pool Plastering did a great job and I would give them my highest recommendation.

I sure would love to leave a great review, but that would be impossible considering they never sent back a quote! Wasted a day off work to meet with these guys only to wait for over 2 months and not even a follow up call let alone an estimate! Sometimes it isnt the work itself that deserves recognition, but the interactions prior to service. You failed in this category and as such received 1 star from our family!

I usually do not write reviews but could not help myself the outstanding work they did on my pool. This company is 1st Class from the beginning to the end. Mike came out to give me an estimate to replanted my pool. We decided to wait almost a year so I contacted him to see if prices had changed because the estimate was quoted for 30 days. It was great because he still had my file no need to come out and provided me with a new quote with the price changing very little.
