Had a furnace that was failing at the worst time of the year. Temps were in the single digits and less with wind chill for almost 2 months. Brent showed up to analyze the system and impressed me with his knowledge and character. The furnace had a leak in the heat exchanger and caused us to fly through heating oil (not to mention the loss of home heat and hot water). B. Bliss Repair & Installation, LLC is fantastic. They explained their services in detail before and after completion. They were very polite and patient with my two dogs who were very nosey. They cleaned up after they completed the service to our furnace. I will be using them again in the fall for pre-winter servicing. Thank you so much for such great service. Came in thinking there was one thing wrong and B Bliss found something that we didn’t even think of as a possibility and now my basement floor is dry and the shower no longer leaks. Price was very fair and the technician did an amazing job. Plus he was incredibly nice and polite. Will definitely use again in the future!

First, they made someone available on a Friday night so that we didn't have to wait for another day or two to get our heat working right. Brent, the service man was able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately within a short time. He installed a new thermostat, tested it and our problem was solved. I will use Bliss for any future heating or plumbing problems when needed with confidence that the job will be done right.
