Our six year old vinyl liner (salt water pool, lagoon shape, 33,000 gal) developed a long rip just above the water line (we probably did this with bad chemical practices) and so we sought bids to replace it from three local pool shops in the Dalton area. Backyard Adventure's bid was very competitive (one was crazy high!) and we decided to use them largely based on a friend's recommendation (he's a builder who used them to build a new pool at an expensive custom home he built and he RAVED about the job they did). David and his crew from Backyard Adventure Pools are the best! I've used them for years and this year I had to replace the liner in my pool. They had a great selection of liners to choose from and David was most helpful in guiding me regarding thickness of the liners, colors and what color the water would be with which liner. In spite of all of the rain we had, David and his crew got the liner in, got the pool cleaned up and ready to go in just a few days. Purchased a Hayward 140k BTU heater from them in 2022. It was a good price, was delivered and installed quickly and has worked well for two years. They replaced our vinyl liner in 2024 and did a great job. They did mortar patching under the liner, replaced the skimmer faceplate and jets, repainted the coping, and left no mess. Outstanding high quality workmanship. Pool looks like new. Sand filter wore out and dumped sand in the pool. They were out the next day to repair it and it's working great. Super reliable and skilled service.

Ben and Ryan were amazing. We just purchased a home with a pool and didn’t know how much we didn’t know. After about a week of negligence we put ourselves in a pickle, but Ben and Ryan came out and saved the day. They gave us a very informative crash course on maintaining the pool and fixed all of our issues, some we didn’t even know we had! Thanks to them we will sleep well tonight, some of the nicest guys you’ll ever run into. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Great service, my husband and I are first time pool owners with not much knowledge on maintenance. Ben and Ryan came and took a look at our pool and hot tub when our jets and filter stopped working and took their time explaining everything, showing us which pumps and valves did what and how to drain and clean our pool properly. We're very thankful for their help!
