The folks at Backyard Blues Pools continue to give great service. We had a new pool liner installed in March, and the whole experience was very good. Jeanne and Craig at the Thompson Lane store were helpful and informative. Jacob and Taryn and Blake were hard workers who did a great job. They were also kind and respectful, which we always appreciate. Thanks to all of them!

Backyard Blues Pools has been my go to pool company for almost 6 years now. They have been fantastic in everything I’ve ever needed when it comes to my pool. From pool openings and closings, new liner installation and beyond. Big shout out to Brittany and Izarria at the Old Fort store. They are always there to help and never fail to put a smile on my face. Thanks to you both for always making my visits there pleasant and fun. I highly recommend Backyard Blues Pools!

Walked in as a first time customer. Was greeted immediately by ms. Brittany with a smile. I told her I was having to learn how to open a pool because my service guy had deserted me. Asked for the bes clarifier and she got that and gave me full instructions on how to clear up my pool. I would make this company my pool service team if I lived closer. Highly recommended!
