Bama Pools has been amazing and so helpful for us. We’ve had a few issues with our plumbing and pump this year from wear and tear. They came out promptly to repair, which saved our pool party. They have gone above and beyond expectations to help us. Very professional and pleased with their service. We have used Bama Pools to open and or close our pool since we bought our house 25 years ago. They have the best pool chemical testing system that I’ve used. They use an automated system to give accurate results with a print out. They tell you what needs to be added to keep your pool water balan…

Guys this company because I wouldn't come back being left rv a/c x2 on at coaches corner rv park for whole season and called said was froze up,now all videos and calls/txt come on this soon,beware dirty players behind business that lie on folks

Went in to schedule regular maintenance, I guess the heavy set guy and sales woman had been in an argument because you could cut the tension with a knife! She was obviously in a super bad mood and real snarky, he was mad, I told my daughter if they can’t provide better customer service than this in the store, it doesn’t bode well for expectations of their customer service at home? Won’t be back!

I am so pleased with my new pool liner and they did such an excellent job!! All of the employees were polite and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend bama pools!
