We are absolutely thrilled with our pool and hot tub from Shoals Pools & Spa. Donald and his team exceeded all our expectations. I've worked with many project managers and Donald is excellent at managing the entire pool installation project from start to finish. He was always on sight during excavation, pool placement, as well as the electrical, gas, and concrete installation. Communication was easy and abundant with both him and his son Derek. The contracted teams were also all extremely professional and respectful. Finally, we were given a thorough explanation of how all the equipment works …

This is our go to pool store. They have helped us with our pool for a couple of years now. They have saved us a lot of money on chemicals and services. If you’re interested in a staff that takes care of your pool,,,this is the place and staff. The pictures are in October! Getting ready to close for the winter.

Amazing group of people so friendly and done a awesome job on my liner install we had some trouble with out liner ( caused by a totally different company that we bought out pool from originally) They helped us fix the problem and worked us in so fast They will definitely be my go to pool company from now on Big Thanks to all of them for their amazing work!!!

I’ve been going back and fourth with this company several times to get the sand changed in my pool pump. Both in store and over the phone. They take notes but nothing ever gets scheduled. I guess the pen and paper pad is to make the idiots look like they know what they are doing. They don’t. Find a different place to use because here they give you the run around. We are gonna find someone eles to use. We rent this property and have duties to take care of other peoples things but here they don’t care about other peoples things. Don’t waste your time here they don’t need any new business appare…

Purchased and had hot tub installed December 2022. Noted within first week two switches that did not work. Contacted via phone numerous time, left notes at their office and personally visited office five times and was assured they would repair. To date (august 2023) no follow up, no repair. Just absurd!
