Like a personal hurricane, we have been left with a path of destruction because of our choice in builder. Sadly, there are probably devastations beyond those that are obvious to our untrained eye. A few major issues have only come to light now that they are gone, and we have had to call other advisors and service providers to fix the problems that were left behind. Here are some of the worst violations: 1. We requested a RICO ROCK fountain and wrote it into the contract.
