They used a floater with tablets in the spa which voided my warranty and created rust around chrome waterfall and spa cover. Apparently spas are to only be used with powder chlorine and not floaters. As professionals they should have known this information and not me finding out the hard way when the manufacturer came to my house to maintenance the jets. He also voided the spa warranty and took pictures of the spa when he saw the floater in the water. Now I have no warranty!! When bringing this to their attention they refused to take ownership of the situation, or do anything to rectify, like …
