I had to add to this review that I posted about 2 hours ago because I am absolutely appalled!!! The lady owner who chased me out of the store, earlier today, coming after me then must have sent some guy, not sure if it’s her son or husband or what to our house in a little white pick up truck. I’m sitting at my table eating some lunch and see the truck fly into our driveway at an angle almost hitting our daughters car and then back up and come back in and slam on his breaks and park abruptly, get out if his truck and grab a tape measure and walk up to our house. Horrendous and downright aggressive customer service on all fronts of the transaction. The sales lady did NOT take proper measurements, proceeded to give us a product (a new hot tub cover) that did not fit as needed (which should have never happened due to the custom nature of hot tub covers), and then chased my family from the store when my mom tried to come in and complain about the non-fitting hot tub cover. Believe the reviews this man Brad and his wife very rude and only want to take your money and not in a nice way. I’ve spent hundreds in thier shop and they still don’t appreciate good customers. They may have been great in the very past but it’s seems like it’s time for them to close shop. They are washed up. Very inpatient rude and condescending. They pick and choose who they want to help. I went to this store to not only support our local businesses, and convenience. I had an unfortunately bad experience with the Son/Mother combination who would not listen to me as I stated the parts I needed. He/she tried to sell me parts that would of not work for the repair, (mind you I had the exact parts clamps, hoses, unions etc... with me from my hot tub) and then proceeded to tell me he would not sell me the part I needed, because he believed they were not the right ones, but then recanted his position when I flat out told him I would not buy his recommendations.
