Bella Pools and Spa truly brought our backyard oasis to life, this is everything we envisioned and more. Working with Michelle and Ross was a great experience from start to finish. Michelle was super personable, stayed on top of every phase of the project and made sure everything moved smoothly. Anytime an issue came up, it was addressed and corrected promptly, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Bella Pools and Spa to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space.

I am so happy that we chose Bella Aqua Pools! Their professionalism and quality were unmatched. Every step of the way we were amazed at how proficient the workers were. Michelle and Ross made the whole process fun to watch it unfold. I would highly recommend them.

Ross was amazing to work with. Everything he said he would do, he did. Our pool is amazing and was completed much quicker than we expected, even with me making changes. Great price and was exactly what he quoted plus any additions I added. Communication was great. FANTASTIC experience from beginning to end! I highly recommend Bella-Aqua Pools and Spas! I cannot say enough how awesome this experience was! Thank you Ross and Michelle!

You hear horror stories all the time about pool companies, but Bella aqua from start to finish was a stress free and an amazing experience!!! Mitchelle was absolutely wonderful with so much knowledge and attention to detail, to Ross making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!!!! My pool was finished from start to finish in 5 weeks. I not only got a great pool but gained friendships.

A beautiful finished product for about 20% less than any other local quote (thats over $20K with our build). Bella Aqua knows pools and can build whatever you can think of; they built mine based on a scaled sketch that I made. Ross will get you started right and Michelle will keep the communication flowing, through completion...making sure every customer is satisfied. *I say every customer because both my friends who live a few miles away and my next door neighbor also had their pools build by Bella Aqua so, I'm speaking for 3 separate experiences.

I do not recommend this company if you are thinking about a pool. The process was not an easy or smooth process. They do not own up to their mistakes or fix their mistakes. They do not hold themselves responsible for anything that may happen with the work. The concrete had too much water and had mud pockets that left cracks and holes within a couple of months. They did come out and slap some stuff on top of it that I did not think was going to solve the issue. It made it look pretty, but the issues came right back within a month. Deceptive Practices, Evasive Communication, and Extremely Unprofessional Conduct My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Throughout the process, I felt misled by shifting explanations and repeated assurances that were never followed through on. False promises, and conversations that felt gaslighting - " you have a beautiful pool" is their favorite response when you attempt to resolve problems.
