Started last April 2020 researching building a pool and no luck. Got a call from my old friend Kale early 2021 and he got me fixed up. Ron came in not long after and took over project mgr duties and although new to the business he brought a positive attitude every time he was around and did all he could do to accommodate our needs. After doing a lot of research and reading we feel very blessed with our outcome. Thanks to the whole crew for making our process as smooth as possible.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The project manager communicated very well with us on each step of the process, what the next step would be and when another crew would come out. We were up to date every step of the way. Everyone that we came in contact with was great, but David Carlson with warranty is amazing!! Easy to get in touch with, very responsive, great teacher for pool school, very patient with a new pool user like me, and will quickly resolve whatever problem you are having with your pool! We love love love our pool and we recommend Blue Haven to everyone who asks!

After 2 companies failed to follow up with us on building a pool, we found Blue Haven. The crew started the build on our pool very quickly after our initial meeting. Kale was there constantly checking on progress and answering any questions we had. Erin was wonderful in helping us get the look we wanted. Ron, project manager, was extremely helpful during the process. We couldn’t be happier with the final product.

We were HIGHLY impressed with Blue Haven! From design to construction to completion it was all very prompt and BEAUTIFUL at the end!! I am a picky person so we had to change design a few times but without any problems it was done quickly!! Thank you Blue Haven for our beautiful pool 😎

We had a pool built in 2021 and started having pump and light issues last month. Joshua and Julia were both very professional and responsive in helping us. The pool is still under warranty and they made sure everything was fixed (which included new computer board) at no cost to us.

I highly advise against choosing Bluehaven Pools (118 Cedarstone Dr Unit Ste A #A, Madison, MS 39110) for your pool construction project. My decision to go with this company was heavily influenced by their glowing reviews and promises of quality service, but my experience has been completely disheartening and has left me questioning the authenticity of those past testimonials. 3/17/25 UPDATE: Blue Haven has now closed in Mississippi. I am now responsible for contacting the manufacturer for the once again failed keypad, believe this is the 4th one. Also, we now have coping that is falling off and being told that this only has a 1 year warranty. Highly recommend avoiding this company at any location. UPDATE: Blue Haven reached out by email and sent a service tech to inspect the electronics. Tech replaced the Hayward board and updated software. This did not correct the issue. Follow up visit determined that the salt cell was bad and technician replaced it. Issues have…

This company does not even deserve a 1 star Project began in July - it is now the end of January and my backyard is still a disaster The company destroyed my yard and turned it into a swamp with improper grading. Zero communication, garbage left everywhere, stones crumbling and sinking. Time to hire a lawyer
