We just finished our project with Blue Haven Pools in Tyler, and the experience was exceptional. What really set them apart was the leadership. Paul, the owner, was on-site frequently, ensuring every detail met his standards and taking the time to personally answer all of our questions. The guys at Trinity Valley Pools are the absolute best! Great to work with, finished the pool super fast, and the construction was top notch! After the completion of the pool, they are equally professional and awesome about showing how every aspect of the pool works! They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. These guys are the best! I cannot say enough good things about them. You need a pool, call Trinity Valley Pools!

I truly cannot say enough good things about our pool building experience! Paul’s expertise and professionalism really shows in his work. We were kept informed of the process along the way and everything went so smoothly. We love our pool and would highly recommend Blue Haven/Trinity Valley to anyone looking to invest in a pool. From beginning to end Randy, Hoyt, and all the crews did a fantastic job! Efficient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. Having a pool built in the winter with rain and during the holidays is tough but they made it happen in what seemed like no time. They made our dream a reality! We are thankful for Trinity Valley Pools!

Pool project was finished on time. This review is four weeks after startup. I gave TVP a four star due to poor communication and performance on some items. For example, the salesman stated that the sprinkler lines would be capped and the drain line would be ran to the other side of the fence. Neither of those promises happened. Which is typical in this day and time. I fixed the sprinkler line myself. The pic shows a drain line crossing over the sprinkler pipe. That should have been taken care of while installing the drain pipe. I ended up paying my landscape guy to fix the pool drai…

What a great experience from start to finish. Randy and hoyt kept us completely informed via group text message on every step of this project. The construction crews were professional and the quality is five star and kept the job site clean.
