This is the second time to post my review. Magically, my first review was removed. It's now apparent why they have 5 star reviews only. It seems if they get a negative review, they petition google to remove it. Both google and yelp are welcome to my home to see the condition of our pool. I would give them a zero if that were an option. I have taken care of my pool for 13 years. I just really wanted a break from it and hired Bluewater. Big mistake! My pool went from pretty blue to a nasty green swamp. They double charged me for an $800 service and then took a month to provide a refund. Their office NEVER answers the phone and takes FOREVER to return a call. On Wednesday when the technician came to clean the pool, I mentioned to him how green it looked. He said “it really does look green, I will use a special vacuum.” I had to leave for an appointment. The technician proc…

They did a great job building my pool, and I would definitely recommend them for pool construction. However, I haven’t had a good experience with their pool cleaning service. It seems like they have a hard time keeping the same cleaning crew, and my pool often ends up with green algae and debris. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend them for pool cleaning.

Shelby, Troy, Odis and Marty are so responsive and attentive. Carlos is a wealth of knowledge, and took the time to sit down and get us acclimated to every detail of owning and maintaining a pool! They get the job done, and they do it right! We couldn’t be happier. Their work is BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I have had Blue Water Express take care of my pool since their inception, around 2001. They have done service/maintenance and pool/equipment repairs, installed new equipment, and remodeled the pool with new plaster and tile. I have known the owner for all those years, and he and his crew are excellent. Carlos has been great at providing advice and answering questions about pool chemistry, equipment, etc. I highly recommend this company.

Shelby, Marty and team did a great job with a new pool install. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a pool. Great communication every step of the way. Very professional and quality install. Had comments from others on how well the equipment and plumbing was set up. Really happy with everything they did. Thank You!
