We had an excellent experience with Blue Water Pools. They took care of our pool in Cape Coral and were always reliable, professional, and easy to work with. After the hurricane, when so many companies were overwhelmed, they stepped up and helped get everything back in order. That kind of dedication and customer service is hard to find. We truly appreciated their responsiveness, honesty, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Blue Water Pools to anyone looking for a dependable pool service company.

This was our contractor for pool cleaning for the past year and they started out providing good service but that faded. They serviced 10 Airbnbs we own in Cape Coral and despite very low occupancy at certain times of the year, they did not clean the pools well. Over the past 6 months we complained about the pools being dirty, low on chemicals and dirty filters. We have hired a new service and they have shared with us the lack of service that Blue Water provided. Their price was good but we paid for it due to the lack of service and bad reviews from guests.

The water pools was an amazing company to deal with, especially As we built our pool remotely. Their professionalism Communication and all-around quality or second to none. A true family business that operates and cares about their clients We love our new pool and in our community have received So many compliments as people pass by on the golf course. Blue Water Pools Construction & Services has been servicing our pool for 7 years now. They have never missed a service day and they have the best customer service. Our filter housing was leaking and within two hours they came out and took care of the problem.

I would trust Blue Water Pools with any project. They stepped in during a time of need for multiple families after we were scammed by a local pool contractor. Sandra and Mitch are righteous people, truthful and more importantly, responsive and do what they say. I highly recommend this company from the start.

Absolutely the best pool company we’ve ever used. Besides being just a really nice family, they show up every week and our pool is sparkling clean. They helped us through the hurricane immensely, and I would highly recommend their services.
