Chris, our technician did an excellent job, definitely five star service. He went over every aspect of what he was going to do with our pump gauges, And labeled each Lever, suggested other items in our Pool system to look at in the future. He was not in a hurry. He took his time and did a very spot on repair. I have had three other companies coming previously and no one fixed what they repaired today I will continue to use this company as I have to say the pool network is amazing.

I've been using Pool Network for 2 years now and I am 100% satisfied. Alejandro is my pool tech and he is awesome, shows up weekly at the same time and same day. We hired your company to resurface our pool last year. We loved the work you did, so we started using your cleaning service instead of continuing with our previous company. Best move we made with our pool decisions since we bought the place five years ago. We would give you more stars if the option was available. Eulis is our pool cleaner and I hope you never lose him. Fantastic guy and always takes the extra step to make sure my pool always looks perfect.

I couldn't be happier with Pool Network. For years, I relied on a previous pool service, but I eventually started receiving complaints from my tenants and neighbors about the pool's deteriorating condition. When I raised the issue with my former technician, he simply blamed the lawn service. The final straw came when he demanded more money while I was being forced to take over the maintenance myself. They started out great, but now they continue to bill us even though they admit they are not cleaning the pool. They state I have overgrown bushes in the way, but I told them over a month ago to use the other door to the lanai, as it is clear. They kept repeating the overgrown bush problem and refused to listen when I repeated to use the other door. If you want to pay for a service you don't receive, here's your company!

We use pool network for monthly cleaning and problems with pump, heater etc. , we like the fact that is is all one company and are always satisfied with the results.

Air bubbles from returns on the pool. Contacted office for service and Christopher came to the rescue. He found the problem and made the repair. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
