BNO Builders did a fantastic job on our home renovation. Nestor, our contractor, was a knowledgeable and compassionate professional who walked us through the whole process from the start to finishing the smallest details. He made sure everything was done to a high standard. The workers were all very respectful of us and the property. And they finished our whole townhome faster than any of the other contractors quoted. We had a large backyard to landscape that was basically a big dirt/weed patch with a few hardscape items that needed to stay and be incorporated into the design. What really stood out to me with BNO was their great communication, reliability, and professionalism. They listened well and were always responsive to any questions we had. The workers showed up on time and were respectful of our property. They worked super hard and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. Thank you Ben and Omar for our amazing new outdoor space!

We've worked with Ben Giat before on a complex retaining wall project. Since then, he's launched his own company and we recently completed another piece of work with them. It involved rerouting pipes to the street and as per city permits we needed to cut open a large portion of the sidewalk and pour concrete and asphalt to finish it. BNO builders worked in a timely manner, worked clean and were thoughtful in making decisions on how the pavers would be finished. We added a brand new bathroom to the house with BNO and they went above and beyond. We made our master bedroom smaller and took up a closet of a different room so we could add a second bathroom to the house and increase the size of our walk-in closet. Nestor Cabrera was our project manager and was professional, responsive and transparent throughout the whole project. Update (April 2026): I am adjusting my rating to 4 stars. After my recent update, BNO Builders reached out immediately and the repairs were completed within a week. The cracked pavers have been replaced and polymeric sand reinforced in the areas with gaps. The backyard looks good. While it took some time to coordinate these final items, I really appreciate how quickly they moved to make things right once we reconnected.
