Genie Pools has been servicing our backyard pool with attached spa, for over 6 years. The people at Genie pools are very professional, thorough, dependable, reliable and do a great job with both weekly maintenance as well as troubleshooting and solving problems. Our pool/spa is a bit challenging because it is an older salt pool/spa and can be a bit tricky. It is wonderful to have folks we can trust, that know how to handle the pool and show up and do what they say they will do, with grace and professionalism! My husband and I are very grateful for their excellent service!

Genie Pool and Spa has been amazing to work with. Their pool service is always thorough and reliable, and they consistently keep everything looking great. I've also used them for repairs, and they handled everything quickly and professionally. Great service and always on time. Truly a fantastic company and I'm happy to recommend!!

I highly recommend Genie Pools Service. Sergio and his team are professional, prompt, and reliable. Whenever there’s an issue, they don’t just show up — they solve the problem the right way. I’ve been using Pool Genie for over 10 years on repairs for my pool from time to time and last year I went with them on regular pool maintenance and couldn’t be happier! The communication is great and they’re always there for me when I need them. Always quality work too! Highly recommend!

I am a property manager in downtown San Jose and have been using Genie pool for past 15 years. Their service has been excellent across the board, but a few employees stand out. Sergio is one of the managers/supervisors and is always a phone call away. Many companies talk about how great their services are, but how many answer the phone at 1am in the morning? We had a pool water line that sprung a leak and we couldn’t figure out how to isolate the water line, I called Sergio and he tried to assist via phone, but after several minutes, he said - I’m on my way. I had Genie Pool & Spa install the pool pump for me. The person who installed the pump was professional and knowledgeable and charged me reasonable amount . Few months later I called them back to check on some other problem. Promptly they showed up and checked out the system for me. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been using Genie Pool and Spa for years and I’m very happy with all the services and the service managers. Sergio has been very helpful in setting up my new control panel and answering any questions I have. I’d highly recommend them!
