I can't praise Botts Family Pools enough! As first time pool owners, the tasks and care to maintain a pool seemed impossible. The staff at Botts have always taken the time to assure us and guide us to maintain the pool. I feel as though I am in the store or at least calling weekly with questions or concerns The Botts family are always so kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help! I bought a Myron Mixon Barq 3600 smoker from Botts pool. They came out and removed it from the pallet installed the wheels and got it running for me. Also helped with the download of the program to run the smoker. Just wanted everyone to know they did a great job. And a big THANK YOU for helping me!!!!

I see a lot of beautiful pools that Botts has installed or worked on. When they put our liner in a few years ago, we were probably were featured on their ads. When the job was first complete, there were a couple of wrinkles left in the bottom of the liner. We asked a few questions, were assured they would take care of themselves, and moved on. Now, just a few years later, the liner has pulled away from the drain and has to be replaced. Botts has told us that the liner has not been maintained, when they were performing the maintenance to open and close the pool. But here is the best part.…
