I’ve contracted with Builder Land twice now. They were thorough and excellent communication throughout the process. kitchen & bath remodel. More recently, hired them for tile work and lighting. The team shows up on time and gets the job done. NO excuses, no gimmicks and their team takes pride in the work. They treated our modest project/home with excellence and we appreciate Ed, Andrew and the team.

We’ve used Builder Land for two large renovations now, and have been very impressed both times. The workmanship quality is high, the prices are fair, and the communication with Edward is great. They are confident tackling a wide variety of tasks in a home, from bathroom remodels to siding to kitchens to carpentry and more. I started out trying to GC this second remodel myself, and found the cost was essentially on par with hiring Edward and team to do the work, and brought them in to do the bulk of it. Flexible contracting, good communication, reasonable pricing, quality work. We're very pleased with our new kitchen. We worked with Builder Land for the demolition, structural reinforcement (for the heavy fridge), gas and electrical improvements (including a new load center), cabinet installation, floor refinishing, drywall and painting. The cabinets, countertop, and appliances were supplied by others.
