The entire team at Krisco Pools did an excellent job in building our new pool. From the overall design, product selections to project execution, their entire staff provided constant and clear communication that was timely and professional. I wanted to specifically mention the following people for their outstanding service: Mark Muir - Sales, Mark Hunter - Project Supervisor, Kristina Babenko - Project Management and Ann Forester - Construction Coordinator. I have owned pools for over 30 years. Krisco is at the top of their industry and highly recommended.

Belmont Place Apartments- We contracted KrisCo to resurface our swimming pool at the Belmont and they did an amazing job! They were very professional, respectful, and handled the job in a timely fashion per the contract. Every one from the construction crew to the office staff were very helpful in answering questions and making sure we were up-to-date on the process. KrisCo will be handling all our swimming pool needs going forward and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a swimming pool contractor.

We recently shifted my pool maintenance contract from AquaQuip to KrisCo. We inherited AquaQuip from the previous owner and had them for about 3 years and I consistently had issues with how the pool was cleaned and mud and tree seeds not being vacuumed regularly or even at pool opening in Spring. Post shift, I am thrilled to see the results where the pool hasn't looked this clean and sparkling in the 3 years I've had the house. Having grown up in the area and having two different homes with pools and spa's. I have worked with several pool companies in the area through the years. There are so many bad stories I could tell but I have to say it was a real pleasure working with KrisCo. Everyone is so friendly and very professional at all times. This company has an employee who puts the public in danger with his driving, Van S67. Clearly, his incompetent driving is his fault but he'll make driving behind him a nightmare for us all. He cuts me off instantly causing me to almost collide with his van, then he proceeds to drive extra slow and stops at a green lights multiple times causing me and other drivers at a stand still creating traffic. This driver is playing chicken and having road rage on the road is a danger for me and the public. This incident caused me to arrive 10 mins late to work. I made appointment three time as a first time customer to this company. All three appointments I made ,. No one showed up without any contact for the guy.and office. I complained to office, they rescheduled again, but no one showed up. Totally ignored me. It is really worst experience I ever had. . I strongly advise everyone not to trust this company . Very unprofessional attitudes.

We were Krisco customers for almost 5 years. We paused our monthly service for a few months (due to a pause in employment) and our pool heater stopped working. We called to get it checked out and the rep was very nice - didn't try to upsell to the previous service - and scheduled an appointment for Friday. Come Friday - no one shows up. Call back on Monday and the rep (a different person, I believe) says that they can't help us because they are overbooked and **AREN'T TAKING NEW CUSTOMERS**.
