C&R does not stand by their work. Prior to us buying our house 2 years ago, C&R plastering did the entire remodel of the pool in 2017. The previous owners had documented it in their disclosures. We have 3 waterfalls for our pool, two of them are leaking in the back. I called C&R multiple times and spoke to Heather. Contracted with C&R Pool Plastering to change my pool from plaster to Pebble Tech. I am very happy with the results and what they charged. The end finish is very good. One of the big things for me is reliability, Their crews showed up when they said they would and they finished when they said they would. I would definitely recommend.

We had a 25 year old pool and very large patio and walkway that was ready for a new look. After talking to many companies and even more customers we decided to go with C and R Pool Plastering for the entire job. Mike Wheaton listened to what we were looking for and provided a detailed quote that aligned with the project. Poor quality finish on my re-plaster job. Trowel lines are clearly visible in areas and discoloration in the Tahoe Blue finish. Looks like the color was not mixed properly when applied. This work was done a few years ago and I was hoping it would fade over time, but unfortunately, it hasn't. I'm sure I am stuck with it now due to the warranty period. That part is 100% my fault. Crews and office staff were friendly but poor quality workmanship.

We couldn't be happier with Mike & the crew's work to replaster and update our equipment pad area! Compared to the other vendors we spoke with, Mike took the time to examine every part of the pool to identify ways to extend the life span of the existing materials and helped us cut costs significantly. Whereas others were coming in with very high estimates and total overhaul of the pool we had, Mike knew the history of the pools in the area and accurately called out which part needed to be fixed. We had our pool replastered and tiled last year, they did an amazing job! Had some rust spots show up in the plaster, they came out and took a look, determined something had fallen in my pool to create the spots. They were very nice and removed the stains for us! Great service!
