We had an excellent experience with Pinnacle Pools for our new pool build. We interviewed several companies and Pinnacle’s representative, Jared, sealed the deal. Jared was extremely personable and patient in explaining the process, answering our questions, and tweaking the design to ensure it met our needs. He was also a very fair negotiator, and the final price was within 3% of other quotes we got. Pinnacle's work included a pool, concrete, and artificial turf. Overall, our pool turned out beautiful, and there were definitely some positives. The biggest positive was working with Jet. He was excellent throughout the design process and remained my primary point of contact during the project. He is personable, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about delivering a great product. You can tell he enjoys designing pools and helping customers bring their vision to life. If it weren't for Jet, we likely would have chosen another company. Pinnacle Pools and Landscape did a fantastic job on our pool and backyard project. Communication was smooth throughout the entire process, especially with Jet Wolfe, who kept everything organized and easy. The speed of the project was impressive — the pool and landscaping were completed in less than six weeks and ready to use by March 15, well ahead of summer. Kelly also did a great job teaching us about our pool filtration system and initially balancing the pool chemicals, which made startup simple and stress-free. Terry and his crew created an oasis in a small space. He listened to our wants and needs, created a beautiful design and within days his crew was here and ready to begin. They had little to no space to work and get equipment in but the did and with ease. Terry was on site most days just checking on the progress and answer and questions. We had a beautiful pool and new concrete poured in the back yard. It truly made our home complete. We also loved his work so much we just mentioned about having our driveway re cemented. This review is way overdue, as my pool was finished some time near this past Christmas. All this time later, still so very glad we chose to go with Terry and Pinnacle Pools. I had a good feeling about Terry from the first interview and that impression was proved throughout. Terry and the folks at pinnacle pools were a genuine pleasure to work with on our backyard project. They put together a beautiful design after listening to what we really wanted and brought options and ideas to the table that fit our vision and our budget.
