C.M. Custom pools installed my pool on beachside in Ormond several years ago and I have continued to use them to maintain my pool. Very professional and reliable, Larry does a great job every week! They send me an email after finishing with all details and a picture of the cleaned pool to keep me in the loop. Thank you C.M. Custom pool and staff!

My wife and I had CM Pools build our pool about 5 yrs ago and had a great experience. RIP Jason (salesmen who passed away). We also have CM Pools clean our pool every Friday for the past 5 years. We understand good hard workers are hard to come by and over time we have had several people come to clean, but then we got LARRY about 1.5 yrs ago and this is a key reason why we stay with CM Pools, because of Larry. I used CM Custom Pool Designs to install at my house. I spoke with three companies before deciding to go with CM Custom Pools. I worked with Clif on the design process, and he was very helpful (and patient) as I made many design/color decisions. Construction began in September 2025, but due to a rainy period in late summer/early fall, there were some unavoidable delays in the construction of the pool. CM Pools was hired to do a complete pool remodel and replace brick pavers with travertine around the pool deck. Pros: 1) Entire project was completed in 10 weeks. 2) Overall remodel and look of the pool is what we wanted. 3) Communication was good until the final payment was made. 4) The glass tile installer (Jaxson) was great and did an excellent job. CM Custom Pool Designs built our pool in 2017, well before we purchased the home, and they've been maintaining it for us since 2024. Over time, we've had several technicians handle the weekly cleanings, but Larry stands out as the best. He's friendly, professional, and always takes the time to answer any questions we have about the pool. I would highly recommend them.

CM Custom did the resurfacing of our pool and has since done the weekly cleaning. They did a fantastic job on the resurfacing and our pool guy, Larry is awesome! Always does a wonderful job, never have to worry about our pool.
