We discussed our pool project with multiple pool companies, and we are so happy we selected Haven Pools. They took our vision and designed exactly what we wanted. We are so happy we decided to go with Haven Pools to build our pool! John has been great throughout the entire process, from design to maintenance and really takes pride in the final result being everything we asked for. The entire process took about 2 months, where other builders we spoke with estimated it would take at least several months to complete a pool. Haven also had the best design and quality materials compared to other builders we researched. The results speak for themselves - we are so excited to spend time using this beautiful pool! Beautiful pool in under 40 days! John worked with is to design exactly what we wanted. The construction site was well maintained and clean, the finished product was spectacular and I cant say enough positive things about the customer service, which continues to exceed my expectations. Although our pool was completed last fall John continues to provide support, usually responding to calls or texts within 20 minutes or less, and comes himself or sends someone out to look at things when I have a question or concern.
