After reaching out to several pool companies, Cajun Pools was the only company where the owner actually took the time to personally come out and give me a quote. Everyone else just pushed me to their website with little to no customer service. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and made the whole process easy. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. The pool turned out great, and I’m extremely happy with the entire experience. 3 years later I can still reach the owner for technical support. Highly recommend!!!!

Brandon, Rosalyn, and the entire crew at Cajun Pools and Spas did an amazing job installing our pool. They made the entire process so easy for us. Bonus, they got the pool done before summer so the kids have their entire break to enjoy it.

Cajun Pools & Spas did a great job on our pool here in Ville Platte! Once started, the install was very quick, but we never felt anything was overlooked. Crew was courteous, skilled, and even managed to tactfully avoid fence removal. They listened to everything we wanted and gave great input and examples along the way. We made a few changes and had a bunch of questions, but they were always patient and easy to work with. We highly recommend them!

The experience and planning of our pool was effortless and painless. From beginning to end we were very impressed with the quality of the materials and design and the professionalism. Branden and Roselyn are so helpful and easy to work with. We love our pool and would highly recommend if you are in the market to give them a call.

From my first visit to Cajun Pools and Spas to inquire about a pool, to the very last day of installation, we have been amazed and so pleased with the whole process. The crew was very efficient and professional. Seven business days from start to finish. I’ve always dreamed of having a in ground pool. Thanks so much to Rosalyn, Rebecka, Brandon and workers. Pleasure working wt you all. I definitely would refer anyone to Cajun Pools and Spas. Needless to say, my dream has come true. Our family is LOVING IT!

They recently re plastered and supposedly went through all mechanics on pool to make sure everything is up to par. They had leak detection come and supposedly gave all clear and turns out we hade busted pipes all over on right side. Cause of busted pipes was pulling on the jets like they were to get old ones off and new ones on after chip out. The owner was very rude and never came back to check or see about it. Terrible service and worse customer service. Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy.
