I would highly recommend this company. They have exceeded my expectations by miles and have helped me whenever I've needed help. My pool is not the nicest pool, but regardless of any issues with my pool (due to old age, previous neglect, etc.) they have alway been able to find a clean, precise, and cost effective solution. The people at California Clean Pools have treated me and my family with respect and kindness, and again I would highly recommend to any pool owners in the Sacramento Area.

I'm flabbergasted by the obviously spiteful negative reviews. Chad and his team have been above board, professional, communicative and thorough. The pool has never looked better! The pride they take in a job well- done shows in all the work. I've got an old pool, oddly plumbed, with equipment that hadn't really been serviced properly before we bought the house. They got us up and running after other companies took advantage of our inexperience. We are very glad they were recommended to us! What an amazing job they have done for me! My pool has never looked better!! They are reasonable in cost and respond to my questions in a timely manner. If you want a sparkling pool, I would recommend them!!

This company started out great. unfortunately, their flaws started to show when I needed anything other than the Minimum service. Not only do they not contact you when the gate is locked. (They were servicing a rental) They also have issues scheduling anybody out to do any kind of repairs on pool equipment. It’s been literal months and they couldn’t get their guy who had to replace a seal on my pool equipment out. They say he’s too busy and you have to constantly text the company to remind them of what job they need to do. That’s my biggest issue with them is communication. They also don’t let…

I absolutely would not recommend them. They simply don’t know what they’re doing, ! I agree with the previous reviewers. They like to play the blame game. They blame the homeowner or their employees! And horrible customer service! If you enjoy a well maintained and clean pool stay FAR away from them!
