Mike did a job he normally doesn't do.. he removed my pool solar piping from the pad at the filter for a reasonable price. Did a good, clean job.. even spray painted the replacement piping. To be clear, the pool solar panels on the roof, he doesn't remove those... a roofing company, Straight Line Roofing, removed those for me for a decent fee and also made sure the roof tiles were OK. If I have any future pool issues that I can't do myself I will call Mike first.

We had Mike the Poolman out on February 26 to replace a part on our pool. At the time, I clearly let him know that both the part and payment would be ready at the house when he came out to complete the work — I even included a screenshot of that email for reference. Fast forward, he recently sent a very unprofessional and aggressive email accusing me of not paying and claiming he had sent “several” invoices. That is simply not true. I immediately searched my email and found only two messages from him regarding payment. One of those was on April 1, which I responded to in less than an hour ask…

I have known Mike and his family for many years. Mike is always straight forward, honest, professional and trustworthy. While we are out of his service area (bummer for us), he did come over and give us an evaluation of our pool, gave us suggestions on its needs and how to best care for it. Thank you Mike for taking the time out of your busy schedule. If we lived in his service area, he is the only one I would trust with our pool.

Great experience with Mike the Poolman! I sent a service request on Mike’s website and had a response within a couple of hours. Excellent communication setting up a timely appointment. Mike arrived at said time, quickly diagnosed my pool pump issue, and repaired within 30 minutes. He asked if I had any other concerns with my pool or equipment, and took the time to answer all my questions. Professional and knowledgeable, highly recommended!

Although we were not able to come to an arrangement the high degree of transparency and honesty Mike demonstrated would incline me to highly recommend his business to anyone looking for help with their pool. 5 stars!
