Don’t let the price fool you, you will love your refinished pool! I have to say, at first, I was a little bit nervous about using a company that I found on Facebook to refinish my pool for me. But, Canaimas made everything so easy and they responded quickly to get the job done. There was a glitch where one of the processes needed to be redone, and they moved quickly to fix the problem and still got the pool done by the deadline I requested, on time, and on budget! Here are before, during, and after pictures of my pool.

We restored our pool with Canaima’s Pool Service and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team stood out for their attention, communication, and professionalism, always explaining each step of the process and answering all our questions clearly. They delivered exactly within the agreed timeline, which makes a big difference, and the final result exceeded our expectations — the pool looks like new. Canaimas Pool Services claimed they stand behind their work and offer a warranty, but that has not been my experience at all. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Carlos, the owner, regarding warranty issues, and he has been unresponsive. His installers came out, acknowledged problems, and even said they felt bad about the situation—but instead of fixing it properly, they demoed soft spots in my pool and left it in worse condition. Now I’m stuck with a partially demolished pool and no warranty support. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company…

I had a great experience working with Carlos. The pool at a foreclosure property was in very poor condition, with furniture and garbage inside. In less than two weeks, everything was cleaned up and restored properly. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Carlos and his team were professional, responsive, and stayed on top of every detail. I highly recommend their services.

I contacted them to resurface our pool. Communication was ok. Everything was done via text message. Crews on site spoke no English. Information was poorly relayed and there was confusion. After the pool was completed the pool was losing water and I had to tell them for over 2 weeks to do something. Finally after 3 weeks a leak detector came out and resealed around the cord for the spa light. Problem solved. Now one of the lights fell out. I’m messaging them and it’s been 3 weeks that the light is just hanging there. No one has come out. And I’m getting no response to my messages. I do not reco…

Consumer beware! Before you have issues, find a more reputable pool company! I thought we had found a good company to use for our pool resurfacing but boy was I wrong! Communication started off great, responsive and on time but once the check was given for the deposit it all changed! Carlos did a great job selling the project but then went MIA for weeks. It was excuse after excuse. He will disappear and ignore every message, email or call. All the 5 star reviews are fake! I could go on and on but I’ll make it simple. STAY AWAY FROM CANAMIAS POOLS!
